Only Sundays!

Half Day (5 hours) $400
Full Day (10 hours) $800

$100/hr per additional hour

No candles are allowed in our space!

If you're going to bring tables/chairs they need to be dropped off and picked up the same day.

We have a buzzer system at Goldust Studios, you will not need to use. At the beginning of the event, you must have someone downstairs to let people in and direct people to the studio.

Alcohol may NOT be sold for parties; it may only be given away.

All people present at the studio for the event rental must remain on the same floor as the studio for the duration of the event only using the bathrooms located on the 2nd floor.

Please follow the care of the terrazzo; if there are any damages, the renting party is responsible for the cost.
